Countries with the highest consumption of saturated fat (France, Switzerland) have the lowest incidence of heart disease.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> \"Cholesterol is dangerous.\"<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u274c Cholesterol is <strong>essential to life<\/strong>.
