It is a pampering for me. It is made in less than half an hour and only a few ingredients are needed<\/p>\n<p>If you want a thicker velout\u00e9 put less water.<br \/>\nMelt the butter and flavor it with a sprig of rosemary<br \/>\nPut in the leek and pumpkin and brown one minute<br \/>\nCover with water<br \/>\nSalare<br \/>\nPut the lid on and bring to cook<br \/>\nBlend and top with oilevo, pepper and parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nAlso delicious with some truffled mushrooms if you are lactose intolerant or with crispy bacon.<\/p>\n<p>The whole family including children will enjoy it.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Molto spesso la sera preparo la vellutata di zucca. \u00c8 una coccola per me.
