Challenges Challenge Are my way of leading you, by the hand, to the best version of yourselves and yourselves.
One way, one conscious choice to decide to become protagonist(s) of your health again.
Sometimes it is not easy to decide to be well.
You struggle to give up habits, you think "No, I will never make it to change my lifestyle!"
"I'm too lazy/tired/discouraged/demoralized..." and so on

But I say, trust me!

I was the first to experience the benefits of change on my own skin and body, and sometimes it was not easy, but I made it possible because of the willpower, but especially to the thought that my life could have been better, more beautiful, healthier and with more energy!

I did it, both my husband and I did it, thousands of patients and followers did it, and how we did it, you can do it too!

So do not doubt, I will be with you every step of the way with suggestions, advice and directions to take. 

I have devised several paths, each ideal for specific problems to be solved, but all sharing one fundamental and indispensable factor, decrease the level of inflammation in the body

Out of this study of mine came the TOMASI METHOD.

My Tomasi Method is a metabolism revolution!

You will learn how to recognize the bells from the gun your body is sending you (maybe for years), how to interpret them, and most importantly how to solve them! Why call it a method? I explain it a little further below.

My Challenges are complete programs lasting 21 days or 4 weeks.

They include food plans, but not only that!
