I believe in the power of leading by example: that’s why I live what I teach every day, to inspire others to take care of themselves with awareness and intention.

This vision gave birth to Top Life Project— my platform and space for sharing practical tools to guide change and help those who follow me achieve their goals, step by step.

I believe it's essential to give everyone the right tools to make independent choices — not only to reach but to maintain their physical and emotional well-being over time.

I’ve learned to use the tools offered by technology and digital platforms to connect with as many people as possible, beyond the walls of my medical practice. And of course, I wanted to put into writing the concepts I consider most important. To date, I’ve published four printed books and several eBooks.
The latest, The Metabolism Revolution published by Vallardi Editore in March 2025, quickly climbed the national bestseller charts in bookstores and on Amazon — confirming what I’ve always sensed: people are hungry for awareness and ready to choose what truly supports their well-being.
"The Metabolism Revolution " explores key topics such as hormones , the connection between the nervous system and nutrition, and the debate around red meat — poison or powerful ally? It delves into what ketogenic (or keto) diets really are, along with the Paleo diet, low-carb approaches, and the carnivore diet, also known as Carnivor.

It covers the importance of physical activity, the link between mental health and food, the need to reduce inflammation to restore well-being, and discusses critical issues like infertility, cholesterol, fatty liver, type 2 diabetes — and hundreds of other essential insights to help you understand and choose the best path toward lasting health and vitality.
The previous book, "It’s Not Just About Hormones," helps fill an information gap around menopause and everything that comes with it, busting common myths and outlining a path toward physical and emotional well-being.
I explain why hormone replacement therapy — when appropriate — is simply the cherry on top.
Resetting your circadian rhythm, getting natural light exposure, learning to manage stress, and following a sustainable, long-term way of eating are accessible strategies that can radically improve your quality of life.
This book does cover hormones and hormone replacement therapy — clarifying the difference between conventional and bioidentical options — but more than anything, it’s meant to be a guide to greater self-awareness. Because while every woman is different, we all navigate the same waters of symptoms and challenges once we pass forty.
